Hi there! Your friend is relocating soon and needs a new router. They want something with AC connectivity, capable of handling at least nine devices or three people simultaneously around the clock. The budget is under $200, and the home space is about 3,000 square feet. I’m not sure if the interior walls will provide strong Wi-Fi signals on their own—maybe some repeaters would help. The walls seem to be drywall, which usually isn’t great for signals.

If he’s open to paying a bit extra, he can access Google WiFi, which is really good. Three devices can form a mesh network with simple setup. Luke shared a video about it some time ago.

Absolutely, I have them too. You can configure them using an app on your phone.

Setup is very simple. Your friend can get started without needing much tech experience.

The app walks you through everything step by step, making setup straightforward based on my experience.
