I'm relocating and require a cable modem that works with Xfinity coax, plus a router or combo device. Your home is about 2300 square feet and you're aiming for around 600Mbps download speed. You want to keep costs under $400 total. Appreciate the assistance!

Combos aren’t great. Xfinity offers a selection of devices that work together. I usually go with the CM1000, which is a regular cable modem without a built-in router. My router is the Synology RT2600AC.
