You're weighing two options for your Fortnite PC: the Intel Core i3-13100F or the AMD Ryzen 5 5600. Both are budget-friendly choices, but they excel in different areas. The i3 is solid for basic gameplay and casual use, while the Ryzen offers better performance for more demanding scenarios. Consider your playstyle and how much you're willing to invest.

I choose the 5600 since it offers more cores, and you might be able to upgrade to a used X3D CPU later.

The 5600 offers substantial power and improved performance. As mentioned by @_Omega_, the upgrade route is excellent, allowing you to eventually obtain a high-end CPU with a larger budget.

Consider a complete build instead of just individual components. This could lead to better combinations and cost savings. For the 5600, which one would you prefer?

I understand the price difference, but my main concern was the performance rather than the cost.
