I've configured the server on a VPS and secured a domain for it. I'm still a bit unsure about allowing players, mainly because I haven't established any rules beyond "don't be a dick." I've considered some adjustments for the server, such as adding plugins and features. A webpage with a forum or similar functionality might also be useful.
Domain is blocky.city . You simply join by typing the hostname, blocky.city, into the IP field thing in Minecraft, but if you insist on using the actual IP address, then it's [2a03:b0c0:2:d0::436:2001] or 178.62.224.77. Though there's no reason to use the IP instead of the hostname.
