the question asks about options for a 3pin 5v rgb header or similar connectors, especially since your motherboard lacks a 5v rgb port. It also seeks guidance on finding alternatives or links.

They use a 3-pin for ARGB and a 4-pin for RGB, but the ARGB version isn't addressable. Are you aiming to link something specific?

I’m not trying to link anything right now, but for the future I plan to use RGB mostly and will switch to ARGB once I have a board that supports it. I’m not sure about USB to ARGB adapters yet—I’m still getting familiar with PC building.

Well yeah sure. Two things that pops into mind are these. Corsair, have their own eco system and you can get the Commander Pro. This will only work with Corsair RGB things as far as I know though. iCUE Commander PRO Smart RGB Lighting and Fan Speed Controller (corsair.com) Asus ROG Aura Terminal, is Asus' eco system but this will work with anything with a Aura Sync sticker on it. Just make sure you connect ARGB things to it. ROG Aura Terminal | Motherboard Accessories | ASUS USA

The second one links to the PC, motherboard, and PSU through its configuration or installation process. The reference to [SEE PIC] likely points to a diagram or screenshot showing the connection path.

The motherboard includes built-in USB ports. You plug them in there.

They appear identical. It’s likely you have both USB 2.0 and 3.0 connectors. The 3.0 ones are broader, while the 2.0 ones shown are what you need. What kind of board do you have?
