Here’s a revised version of your thoughts:

I’m reviewing my current parts list and actual configurations, not just what’s shown online. Is it worth overclocking the 7600X? Should I opt for the stock cooler to save money, even though it’s a bit slower? I’m considering a water cooler, but they’re pricier and I’m unsure about the performance boost. If I choose an air cooler, are there good options under $30 that still meet my needs? I’m looking for something sleek—avoiding bulky setups—and I need reliable performance for content creation, streaming, and gaming.

Two GPUs for better performance and stability. This setup combines a high-end CPU, a solid motherboard, ample RAM, fast storage, and a powerful graphics card. The cooling solutions and power supply ensure everything runs smoothly under load.

It's a solid option priced around thirty dollars on Amazon, known as the Thermalright Peerless Assassin.

Consider alternatives that place the fan directly atop the heat sink instead of on its sides, such as rear-mounted fans or integrated designs.

For cooling a 7600X, you'd need a top-tier thermal solution or a ghostly presence. But based on the games you're interested in, I wouldn't recommend the 7600X. Opting for a more affordable CPU like the 5700X would let you upgrade to something better like a 7700XT or 6800, which would be a much stronger GPU choice. (The 7600 and 4060 aren't worth it.)

He seems to be weighing options between those GPUs, and his budget probably aligns around $1000.

There are three GPUs available, yet choosing between av1 encoding and higher VRAM remains a challenge.

It seems you're referring to parts for a specific build one by one. This approach isn't ideal and may lower your overall value. If you're proceeding this way, consider sharing a budget along with location and use case so we can guide you toward a more cost-effective solution.

I want to connect to the am5 port. I looked at the best am4, worst am5, and am5 games from Game Med—more am5 means better chances. I’m leaning toward am5 but a good tip would be helpful.
