How far do you plan on overclocking it and what is your budget. The higher you go on O/C with the 4690K the more you need a better cooler...and it's a very steep curve in cooling needs the higher you go (see my sig).
Edit: I will also say this...I game at 1440p and there is very little difference in game FPS when overclocking my 4690K at 4.7GHz compared to running it at stock to mild overclock (4.2-4.3GHz). Now for video editing and other productivity apps, there's a more noticeable difference between running at stock 3.9GHz turbo and 4.7GHz turbo.
