To the best of my knowledge, most Asus motherboards include ECC if the CPU does. Generally, un-buffered memory can handle most of ECC error correction features. There’s no need for a BIOS configuration—just ensure the hardware meets the requirements. Based on my motherboard guides, for instance, the B450M-A does support ECC, whereas the B450-I only mentions non-ECC and un-buffered ECC. For the highest chance of success, opt for an un-buffered setup. Check other motherboard manuals to see which ones support ECC, and confirm the CPU also supports it.
Would need to check the specifications of the board and CPU first. Otherwise, I’m not sure.
