I don't think there is Windows 10 Pro legit license that is priced less than $100. Check out Microsoft Store or Amazon or your nearest brick and mortar stores. They might sell you a license for a lower price. Other than that, condoning piracy is greatly condemned here.

Microsoft determines the cost of Windows. If you're paying less than the standard price in your region, it doesn't comply with the licensing agreement.

Indicates your setup isn't affordable. It's better to invest in components you can upgrade within three years rather than relying on the same parts for five years or more.
