I don't think there is Windows 10 Pro legit license that is priced less than $100. Check out Microsoft Store or Amazon or your nearest brick and mortar stores. They might sell you a license for a lower price. Other than that, condoning piracy is greatly condemned here.

Microsoft determines the cost of Windows. If you're paying less than the standard price in your region, it doesn't comply with the licensing agreement.

This option provides the OEM edition, not the retail version. The main distinction is that you can't move this license to another device; it remains linked to the original hardware assignment.
