its fine, %70 of that pin is still intact. The marks you see are from PCIE slot itself, that is also normal.

It appears to be a fresh card. You might attempt cleaning it with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. It seems unlikely to cause any issues.

The pin appears exactly as shown on the card—I'm in agreement with the markings.

It's typical, I believe your 2070 retains the same pins, likely safely. It won't lead to any issues.
