Looking for 80mm heatpipe cooler concepts? Here are some options to consider!
Do you know of an 80mm tower cooler compatible with AM4 and that can be turned 90 degrees easily? I’m frustrated because my Flex ATX power supply is sitting on the edge of the board and gets in the way with most coolers. I’m thinking about cutting the heatsink fins or rearranging everything again. Any suggestions would be great!
Is the 92mm the only option available, or can a 120mm be accommodated elsewhere?
Which CPU is you cooling? The main concern is that your PSU might be over the motherboard, which is a big problem since no cooler manufacturer seems to account for this. Apart from some mediocre clip-on coolers from Arctic or Cooler Master, nothing really stands out. Still, it feels like a problem because their mounting parts stick out more than the cooler itself, and it looks like your PSU could still cause interference. I was thinking about switching to an AIO, but the mounting issues would likely remain.
Some server-style coolers come with a default rotation feature, such as the Dynatron A19.
It's an 80mm model; the largest I found was 120mm and wouldn't fit anywhere. It's a 5600G. In the worst scenario, I might just upgrade with a better fan. I've seen that before. I was thinking about making a custom shroud from a 92mm AIO to match the two 70mm fans, but this feels like a last option since I'm still uncertain about compatibility.
I really can't assist with that. I don't follow server coolers, though I understand they're common. Now you'll need to decide where to buy one reasonably. You might also consider using a simple fin cooler yourself—just attach a fan manually.
