Relies on the components you require, but given the current CPU SOC voltage issues, I suggest choosing either an MSi or Gigabyte motherboard. Factors like VRM and cooling are less critical now. Also, the Ryzen 7700X consumes less power than an overclocked 7950X. The Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX is a solid pick: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WBwypg/...s-elite-ax
