Not always guaranteed these days. Sometimes the CMOS battery uses a different kind of button cell. I think we're talking about your main battery here. Just doing a quick Google search shows several places online that probably ship to India: battdepot.com, ebay, amazon, aliexpress, maybe newegg. You just have to double check that the batteries they sell match what you currently own.
