I'm facing a problem with my graphics card that I've discussed on forums for years, yet no solution has been found. The issue is visible in the screenshots below.
This problem isn't just about distorting weapons in FPS games—it can also affect other objects, like glass, furniture, or any item. Sometimes a small piece of glass appears so large it covers most of the map, making the game unplayable.
Damaged graphics card. Obtain a new one.
Initially, you might attempt to reduce the GPU power target in MSI afterburner and observe if it yields any benefits.
Keep an eye on the GPU temperature.
If adjusting the power target doesn't result in improvement, the damage is likely permanent.
Replace the graphics card.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) in Safe Mode, then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator(assuming you're on Windows OS).
Can you use GPU-Z and then pass on a screenshot of what you see? Please host your images on a site akin to Imgur and pass on a link in this thread. If you're on Windows OS, do you see an error 43 in Device Manager flagged for your GPU?
Even after adjusting the GPU power settings, the issue remained unresolved. Previously, I kept the voltage at 0 as indicated in the attached picture. Two days ago, I considered raising it to +100, but it didn’t help. I’m not seeing any FPS problems in games, and the temperature readings are normal. Are we certain the problem is linked to the graphics card?
My graphics card drivers and BIOS are current. I also updated my computer four days ago. This problem has persisted since the early days of using the computer, but at that time I wasn't old enough to consider warranty service or professional help.
