Long startup periods and poor performance issues
I've experienced somewhat delayed startup and my device appears to lag in responsiveness. This issue has persisted since its installation in 2019. Average boot times are around 20 to 25 seconds according to the task manager, which feels unusually slow for an NVMe setup. My work laptop using an Intel i5 1135g7 boots in just 6 seconds and runs smoothly. Page loading seems slower on my personal PC compared to the one at work. I use Firefox on my home machine and Chrome professionally. My system specs include 3700x, Asus X470 Crosshair Wi-Fi, 64GB TRIDENT Z NEO 3600CL16, Fclock at 1800, 1TB NVMe (boot) and 2TB NVMe Pro (SEAGATE Barracuda 7200RPM). Temperatures remain stable and PBO is active. Windows 10 performance is solid. This situation raises questions about whether it relates to the Ryzen lineup? Would upgrading to a 5000 series help? Is this more of an AMD configuration? Is it specifically for the X470 model? I need clarity so it doesn’t affect my upcoming purchase decisions. Options include switching to an i5 570, moving to a 5000-series chip, or opting for Intel.
