I recently installed a 13700k with an h150i elite (360mm aio) and have been experiencing temperatures between 60-65°C at idle. My coolant readings are stable around 32°C. After removing and reinstalling the pump from the backplate, I rebooted but the problem persists. I also observed CPU usage in Task Manager staying consistently low (34-39%) with no open processes. Could this be related? Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is running on Windows 11. Thanks in advance.

Check for updates on Windows and let it operate for a short period before testing again.
