I've been experimenting with various solutions but haven't succeeded. Each time I launch the game, it fails to start properly—loading infinitely or freezing when I press alt+tab. I've tried reinstalling, checking for updates, and pausing the process, but nothing works. Someone, please assist me.

It seems there might be a major problem with Windows or your hardware instead of GTA. The first step I suggest, which is easy to do, is to save any crucial information, then erase your computer and reinstall Windows from scratch—using a memory stick, not the built-in "reset" option.

You're experiencing frequent system crashes, causing backups to fail. It sounds like the instability is making recovery impossible. You might need to perform a clean wipe or reinstall the OS to restore functionality.
