I've checked all the steps I've tried so far. I was using a standard HP motherboard with a custom PSU. I planned to upgrade by removing my old Ryzen 5 3500, swapping in my 16GB x 2 DDR4 RAM, replacing the 1TB NVMe M.2 drive, and installing a new cool master case, a 700W PSU, an ASRock B550M Pro 4, two identical 16GB x 2 sticks, and a new RX 6750 X GPU. After reassembly, the system would power on, show the boot logo, then shut down and restart repeatedly. I disassembled everything, reinserted components, and kept getting the same problem—either both GPUs failed to display or the fans ran continuously. Eventually, nothing appeared, with only the fans spinning and the motherboard flashing red LEDs during boot. After inspecting, it seemed like a video error might be occurring. I suspect a faulty motherboard or possibly a damaged CPU. I also verified the PSU voltage readings at 3V, 5V, and 12V, confirming proper output. The CPU pins were correctly connected, with the 4-pin X2 for the CPU and 6P+2 for the GPU (or both depending on the model).
