Consider testing Chrome Beta—it's essentially the same.

The only problem I have with Lollipop is the Mail app—it keeps crashing when I attempt to view emails. Regarding your concern, it seems you were browsing while the app was running.

Initially I believed it, but upon visiting the site at "isitdownforme," it confirmed my suspicion. After posting, I cleared cookies and history in Chrome and it functioned properly. Wow, so glad!

There was a Chrome extension for Android that showed only a white screen. After using it, I returned to the home screen and opened Chrom, which then displayed the content again.
