I'll attempt this upon returning. But even after turning off Snort completely, the issue persisted. The same occurred with PFblocker.

If you're facing issues, look in the "Status/System Logs/Firewall/Normal View." Once you join speedtest.net, check for any new records. It will indicate which rule is being broken.
