You should add a network login feature manually since there’s no built-in solution yet. With a clean 7 installation, you can follow standard steps to set up Wi-Fi or Ethernet access during the setup process.

Clicking cancel will let you choose "other user." If you don’t, the system indicates it isn’t a domain join yet, meaning you’ll need to complete the process first.

You don’t see that choice available. To register a domain, follow the steps provided by the website or service.

Consult your IT team—they can connect the device to the network for you. Without the domain admin login info and understanding of the setup, I’m unable to assist, so if you’re unfamiliar with those specifics, leave it to them.

That's the task to complete without them, right? You can try moving it from regedit or similar tools.

Your PC must verify its identity with the domain controller before accessing any resources. If it isn't recognized, you won't be permitted to use the network. This process requires administrative permissions.
