lightsync adds RGB support to Windows 11. The newest G Hub release enables this feature. I powered on my PC this morning and noticed my mouse's RGB was active—something unexpected. If you wish to disable it and let G Hub handle the RGB, simply press the new button in the G Hub interface, which directs you to the Windows 11 display. Perhaps one day I'll consider switching if more of my device manufacturers agree to provide this control.

Nice! It will only happen if other stubborn makers join in.
Considering how reluctant most of them are to refresh their bloatware, it seems they can easily understand that hiding it from Windows would save them money by eliminating the need for their own software.
Unfortunately, we require more devices with native Windows support to launch the 'lemming train'.
I'm tired of seeing my Trident Z RAM in rainbow colors, when I just want a consistent color that matches the rest of my setup.
Yes, I know installing G.Skill's unnecessary stuff and forcing it to close after startup could help, but then I still have all the other unwanted programs—plus a lot of junk that nobody actually needs beyond what we already have.
Let’s push Microsoft to encourage these companies so everyone can stop having to install multiple incompatible programs that degrade the Windows experience.
OR!! Just include the essential features in Windows so users needing only basic RGB options (like breathing, static, or a few colors cycling) can enjoy this feature before you probably dismiss it due to lack of interest. Take action, especially with system RAM which typically uses the same approach for RGB.
Pretty please, with cherries on top.
