Do you know how to use this software to bind keys? I tried searching for a tutorial, but the interface is completely different from what I'm used to. I can't even rebind a key. I don't understand why Logitech would choose this when Logitech Gaming Software worked so well. The customer support is refusing to help at all. I just need to rebind some keys.

What equipment do you possess? If your model is from 2018 or earlier, you may use LGS. But for 2019 models, you need to use the G HUB and other specific items. Also, yes, it's a rather buggy program, but not too severe.
