Hey everyone, I purchased the Logitech G733 yesterday but encountered some problems. The audio feels a bit muffled, it’s hard to tell where sounds come from. Some noises sound distant even when they’re close. I tried adjusting the settings, but it doesn’t disappear. Do you have any experience with this issue? Anyone else facing the same problem? Any suggestions would be great! I really like the look and weight of this headset.
Consider disabling all GHUB equalizers and sound presets before listening. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, install the updated drivers during setup.
Hey, Thanks for the reply. I tried deactivating everything, closed ghub, reinstalled it, and so on. Even downloaded some presets and applied them, but nothing seems to work. I don't know if the headset is just broken or something. But usually, if the speaks are broken they just don't work, right? I don't know. I used to have the Corsair VOID PRO before and they sound way better and they are cheaper. But since I use a Logitech mouse and keyboard, I thought of moving all my peripherals to one app. Seems I did a mistake buying these because they are so expensive for a gaming headset, you'd expect a good out of the box experience. Anyways, does anyone else have these headsets? Maybe they can tell me a fix or at least confirm that they are just bad so I can return them and get something else.
Located on a preset created by someone on ghib, it looks great for music now—it doesn’t muffle the sound anymore. However, in the game it still sounds muffled and distant. I have automatic switching enabled and set the games profile to this preset. I also tried the surround mode, but no improvement. It’s really strange.
I've tried the steelseries sonar app and used the presets. The g733 now works much better.
