I've been using the mouse for about eight months and it's functioning properly until recently. Now, all the RGB lights shut off after just a few seconds when I power it on, including the Logitech logo. Even after turning it off and on again, the lights only come back briefly before turning off once more.

Do you have G Hub set up? 3- If it is installed, proceed to RMA. Logitech has been excellent with their RMAs.

In fact, I wouldn't rely on G Hub beyond configuration. Keep your mouse settings local. This guarantees consistency across devices or operating systems, preventing crashes and ensuring the same setup even if you move the mouse to another PC or OS. It also avoids potential software conflicts. Plus, you won't have extra programs running unnecessarily on your computer.

Usually agrees, but for diagnostic reasons...

If GHub stops working or behaves oddly, the RGB should too. But if you configure the RGB, save the preference to your mouse settings, and it stops failing, the problem lies elsewhere.
