I own the g435 lightspeed from Logitech. I followed all the setup steps, attempted driver updates, but the headset still won’t connect to the stick included with the headset even when using Lightspeed mode. The problem persists after resetting the device and reinstalling it. I’ve contacted Logitech support and senior teams, who confirm the same issue exists and it’s not unique to me. Anyone have a solution?

The problem seems to be with the headset not being recognized. It might not be playing audio or there could be an issue with the connection. Check if it works on Bluetooth or via another method.

The device recognizes the Lightspeed stick included with the headset, but no sound is output from the headset. This isn't due to Bluetooth mode—it's because it's operating in Lightspeed mode.

It's not clear what you're asking about. Did you mean to ask if similar effects occur with Bluetooth or light speed? And are you referring to a specific device or image? Please clarify so I can help better.

Light speed Bluetooth functions smoothly and the headset operates correctly for optimal performance.

I've encountered the same problem myself and haven't found a solution yet. The lightspeed dongle appears connected and functioning properly, but when switching to Bluetooth it works perfectly for audio and everything else. However, when trying to connect the headset back to the dongle, I lose all sound and the cyan indicator on the headset keeps blinking.
