I needed to restart my phone and reconfigure all my apps, but the Steam app didn’t respond properly after following the standard setup steps. The screenshot captures the issue.

Before resetting your phone, Steam probably thinks it’s still connected to the old account. If you see a prompt about losing your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator, follow the steps to remove it and try again.
