the remote server probably has set always prompt for login credentials in its domain (or local) managed group policy. this is recommended setting in the windows server security baseline. not sure what your trying to do, but its not best security practice to save passwords inside rdp files. its easy to gain access to the file through ntfs permissions and its not secure.
