I'm working on fixing someone's laptop and they mentioned getting locked out after removing Outlook. It might be related to the account being deleted. Trying to reset using a live Linux drive and chntpw could help. If the Microsoft account is gone, it may not assist further. I'm relying on this information since I haven't checked the machine yet.
