Hey, do you guys know if there's a way to lock FPS in Skyrim to 60?
I tried turning V-Sync on in the Nvidia control panel and, I tried using mods that should enable V-Sync but, none of those worked.
I'm just really tired of the physics system having a heart attack at higher frame rates.

Wow, I wasn't expecting it to be that simple after all the troubleshooting. Thanks! Just needed to turn on V-Sync in ENB and it worked.

Absolutely, that's what I did too. Most of my time was spent either installing mods or fixing issues. I'm not sure why, but it seems to be the case.
