I'm just trying to configure my DNS to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1, but I haven't located the option after checking every menu multiple times. It should be there, but it's missing. I searched online for an hour with no success—especially since it might be an internal IP and the censor isn't interfering.

It's probably set in the WAN configurations, not the LAN settings.

It seems you're referring to enabling a specific expert mode in your router. That feature needs to be activated first, as it's built into the device.
