Gateway DX4300-15e
Motherboard: System board equipped with AMD 780G Chipset
RAM: 8GB DDR2 Dual Channel Memory
Videocard: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
PSU: 300W Power Supply (Stock)
Storage Devices: 1TB 1000GB SATA hard drive (Green Product – variable RPM)

On this R7 200 series, I’m performing overclocking using MSI afterburner with the following settings:
Core Voltage = Min
Power Limit % = 18%
Core Clock = 1200 mhz
Memory Clock = 1700 mhz
Fan Speed = 80%

Whenever I launch games like gw2, League of Legends, or accept admin permissions while opening programs, the computer freezes on both monitors and then restarts. Load times are also quite slow.

The "Green" drives run the slowest and are intended for storage only, not for operating systems. For a faster drive to support OS and programs, opt for an SSD and use this one solely for storage.
