It's possible you're using a wireless adapter equipped with a temperature sensor. This isn't uncommon, though the output from LM sensors isn't something I've encountered before.
The Wi-Fi is active on the board, but the antenna isn't connected or enabled. It's worth checking the temperature sensor as well.
Only when sensors are integrated do the sensors function properly. Install p sensor, which is a visual monitoring tool utilizing data from lm sensors. Check the devices displayed in the chart.
I also use Psensor but it only displays temperature1, missing other details.
