Hello, I just wanted to inform you that many benchmarks in the internet suggest that 9070 xt performs similarly to 7900 xtx. However, as far as I understand, I already have 7900 xtx and 9070 xt, and they both perform significantly better in most games. Switching from 7900 xtx to 9070 xt would essentially be a downgrade.

Does this apply to pure rasterization at 4k when using ray tracing?

I’ve noticed in pure raster scenarios the 7900xt outperforms the 9070xt for morning use, while the reverse holds true with RT settings.
The 9070xt also supports fsr4.
My current setup has a 7900xtx that performs well, but I’m not inclined to purchase it right now. The 9070xt, 5070ti, and 5080 cards appear to offer the best balance for high-end gaming at the moment.
5090 is impressive, though it comes with a higher price tag and a questionable power connection plus an excessive power consumption, making it less appealing.

I bought a 7900xtx, sold it and later acquired a 9070xt. The 9070xt offers better upscaling, frame generation, and ray tracing capabilities. The 7900xtx remains solid, but its technology may lag as it ages. Still, the 7900xtx feels outdated compared to newer models.
