Hello! This is my first encounter with something like this, so I’m counting on your assistance. While gaming, a black screen appeared and during the session certain sounds disappeared—like lines of dialogue or car noises—but previous audio stayed on. The subtitles also failed to show. After a few seconds, the screen went completely dark with no sound or response. Eventually, I had to shut down the PC manually and restart it. When I tried the game again, everything worked fine. Played another game with friends, but nothing changed. Then another different game, still no issue. I thought it was a one-time thing. The next day I restarted the same game that caused the problem, turned it off, and went to sleep. For a while, only Discord and OperaGX were active. Since I wasn’t online, I didn’t notice exactly what happened. But before the black screen appeared, my monitor shut down, and when I pressed the mouse, I saw some kind of image but still got a black screen. It reacted to input, yet produced no sound or visuals. A few unknown details might be important: my LEDs stayed stuck in a loop during the incident, the motherboard LED remained lit after shutdown (I had it removed from the case), and after turning it off, the LED colors changed—from green and white to a default rainbow. All these components were connected to the armoury crate. I’m unsure what this means.

Hardware details: CPU – Ryzen 5 5600X; Motherboard – ASUS Strix X570; RAM – Corsair Vengeance RT 2x8GB; GPU – Gainward GS RTX 2060; Power Supply – Thermaltake Toughpower PF1 850W (80 PLUS Platinum); Storage – WD Black SN750 1TB M.2; Operating System – Windows 10 Education.

In Event Viewer, the only entry was when I powered off the PC with the power button. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
