I'm experiencing issues connecting to online services or logging into my PlayStation account. I reached out to PlayStation, who replied with instructions to contact your Internet service provider about opening specific ports on your router. I need guidance on how to enable these network ports safely and securely. Could you walk me through each step shown in the screenshot you shared? Please clarify what each box contains so I can help you set this up correctly while maintaining network protection.

Under no circumstances do you need to port forward those ports, they're already open for outbound connections unless you have an ACL blocking them which I highly doubt you do. Unless you want someone connecting to your PlayStation over those ports (which isn't what you want), support is 100% wrong to tell you to do this.

The question of whether Unifi IPS or Honeypot could accidentally block a PlayStation isn't something a network expert would typically worry about. It's also worth noting you're just starting out with this topic.

Maybe try preventing incoming traffic. Review your logs. Also, it's curious you're using UniFi and activating IPS regardless of that.

Attached screenshot illustrates these unusual logs of the PS4 Pro repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting. It seems something about UniFi is involved. I’m trying to figure out what’s happening and need guidance—started with a budget ASUS router, then switched to UniFi.

Does the 'SL IOT' SSID support your IoT gadgets? Was this network configured with a VLAN that controls bandwidth and/or manages communication with the broader network or external internet? Or is it the sole wireless network available? First, consider hardwiring the PS4 if possible; otherwise, connect it to your main network instead of the dedicated IoT SSID.
