This seems unusual but accurate. On Windows 10, uploading and downloading with Google Drive typically delivers around 11-12MBps, whereas in Ubuntu (Kubuntu specifically) it drops to just 1-2MBps. Using lsblk revealed two Ethernet drivers running at once; disabling one didn’t help improve the speed.

lsblk displays mounted disks, lsmod lists drivers, but running them together isn't feasible. Use sudo lspci -vv to see all devices and their drivers.
