I began using Manjaro today and noticed a noticeable improvement in audio quality. The GUI runs smoother without unexpected layout issues caused by color themes, unlike what happened with KdenLive on Linux Mint.

Lightworks is a paid tool I've experimented with, but I ended up feeling disappointed. It didn't meet my needs and was difficult to use. I usually rely on Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Lightworks costs a lot, which makes it seem expensive. Now I'm considering KdenLive since I'm using Manjaro—it helped fix my sound problems, so I'm curious about its performance.

Certainly, the free version supports exporting at 720p resolution.

You can edit videos in a Windows VM on Linux by installing tools like DaVinci Resolve, which supports cross-platform workflows. Ensure you have the necessary drivers and dependencies for smooth performance.

It could be due to not having PulseAudio or ALSA installed. I noticed you mentioned using Manjaro, which likely includes PulseAudio. Alsa seems more suitable, give it a try.
