Linux partition reverts upon restarting system
Hello. I just created a bootable Linux flash drive using Linuxfx, hoping to test it. Usually I install it on my main hard drive, but this time I just want to run it from the flash drive. Could you check if there’s a way to prevent the drive from resetting back to the original system when I shut down or reboot? TIA
It seems you're suggesting installing the operating system on the flash drive before proceeding.
Configure long-term storage. Rufus can handle this task. https://www.linuxuprising.com/2019/08/ru...-live.html
I’ve changed the operating system on the disk. Or would you like to navigate to the installation screen and pick the flash drive?
I attempted to configure persistent storage using Rufus multiple times, but each attempt reached 100% formatting and displayed Sty's presence.
