Was die Distribution anders? Es könnte sein, dass eine frühere Version von Gnome funktionierte und ein kürzlicher Update Kompatibilitätsprobleme verursacht hat.

I used Zorin OS for about two days to try it out, and it worked well. It seems to be based on Ubuntu, but I’m not sure which desktop environment it runs on. It was actually Manjaro.

It might be due to the newer version breaking compatibility. You could attempt using another kernel release, such as linux-lts. Simply install the package and modify your grub configuration: grub-mkconfig > /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Someone already shared a reference on the Arch Wiki about turning on the AMD GPU driver. It mainly involves adding certain kernel boot parameters. Changing or removing packages won’t help and could cause issues. On my R9 290, the Radeon driver caused weird text artifacts, but fixing it with AMD GPU resolved the problem completely.
