I previously reformatted it in Linux but am open to redoing it.
Well, it can be taken out and I'm sure Windows can do the same. However, on Windows it just hides it if the installation is on an internal drive. The issue here is that you're setting up the game for your 80GB partition instead of the full 200GB. Are you using Steam? In the game's installer, you must pick a folder that matches the 200GB size; otherwise, Steam will place the game in your home directory on the 80GB drive.
Your system drive holds the operating system, so avoid installing games there to keep space for software. Place the game on the sdb drive and the sdb1 partition, which is the sole one on that drive. In Steam, you can create a new folder that automatically becomes the "steam library" directory on that storage. The process is identical on Windows if you wish to move games to another drive or partition. Also, note you're using a volume group, indicating LVM is active. You can expand the root partition with additional space from your 200GB drive if needed.
