I have managed to install Linux Lite on my Dell Latitude 5580 laptop with an Intel core i5 CPU and 64-bit x86 architecture. Despite this, I've faced challenges installing free Pascal and Lazarus. Numerous troubleshooting attempts have been made, but each brings more issues. The forums don't seem to offer solutions. It appears that GNU and GNU ld are necessary, though it's unclear if they're included in Linux Lite or not.
