Linux boot settings fail to appear during PC startup.
TL;DR: Decide whether you want the Windows bootloader to let you pick Ubuntu or make Ubuntu the primary boot choice in BIOS. You’re using Ubuntu 20.04 alongside Windows 10 on your SN750 SSD, and despite Ubuntu not being listed as a boot option, it still boots fine when you enable boot override. If you want Ubuntu to be the default, adjust BIOS settings accordingly.
This approach isn't ideal since Windows tends to replace the bootloader during updates. It might be due to a peculiar behavior in your motherboard's BIOS. A better solution would be to use a separate drive and make it the primary boot option.
Grub2Win or EasyBCD are options for installing Windows on older hardware.
Installed Linux on a secondary storage device, I also added Grub, which enabled booting. After that, I chose the operating system to launch (Xubuntu, Xubuntu Safe Mode, Windows, Windows Safe Mode, ETX).
I saved grub2win yet it still boots Windows immediately despite setting Linux as the primary boot choice
You likely need to choose the Linux boot drive in your settings. This was necessary for my dual operating system setup.
