It's all about perspective. You could easily find a comparable Windows PC, though some might prefer a Mac due to personal preference or budget. Personally, I'm not too concerned. I appreciate Apple's hardware and can live with the operating system (I lean toward Ubuntu), but for tasks like Final Cut Pro X, Logic Pro X, and Photoshop, Windows 7 still performs adequately—though it feels a bit on the edge of satisfaction compared to 10.
