Windows includes a utility now. It's quite outdated yet functional. I've tried it with versions 7, 8, and 10. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...nload-tool

Simply install Rufus, obtain an ISO file for Windows, then use it to create a USB drive. Power on the USB after writing the file, and you're ready to go. Rufus supports nearly all devices, is free to use, fast to download, doesn't need setup, and often outperforms official Microsoft tools and other comparable third-party options.
