Hi everyone, I'm an IT tech at a high-tech company facing a problem with a user. When links sent via email arrive in Chrome, the uppercase letters get converted to lowercase, which prevents websites from opening properly. In Internet Explorer, the issue doesn't occur. I created a new profile for the user on his laptop, and it fixed the problem only in IE. After removing Chrome and reinstalling it with an admin account, the issue disappeared in IE but not in Chrome. It seems Chrome might leave some remnants after removal.
