Of course, I believe it can be done. I've handled the difficult part already.

Create an SPF TXT record using your present IP address. Note that it must be refreshed whenever your IP changes to incorporate the updated address.

Yes, you can avoid pointing the record to the ddns hostname.

Messages sent from dynamic IP addresses provided by residential ISPs are frequently marked as blacklisted. The internet would have turned into an even more overwhelming hub of relentless spam if everyone could simply set up a mail server to flood the network. We’ve consistently warned that operating an unlicensed Exchange instance alongside an unlicensed Windows Server setup over a residential connection with dynamic DNS is risky.

I've already mentioned you'll be added to the residential blacklist. An SSL certificate won't resolve this issue. The best choice is a free SMTP relay plan from smtp2go, which supports up to 1,000 emails per month.

I've configured smtp2go as the sending method, but the system still reports the IP as blocked.

You're correct about using your existing SMTP credentials for the Exchange server setup. Disabling other connectors helped avoid conflicts.

Everything is functioning properly. The only problem is with the additional domain—when I add it, emails come through, but I can't set up a new account that sends messages directly from that domain instead of the main one.
