I struggle to adjust the fan speeds because the default setting remains unchanged. I choose Silent and Balance without any modifications. The color can be switched from the default to Blue without problems. There seems to be an issue with CL not functioning fully on Windows 10, or another problem preventing speed changes. I also closed AI Suite 3 just to rule out interference. System specs: i7 5960x, Asus Rampage V Extreme Corsair H110i GTX, Noctua PWM fans, NZXT USB header extender (limited USB 2.0 headers on the motherboard).

Adjusted a set point at a fixed rate, aiming for the latest update. Replaced my cooler with an H100i GTX to aid users struggling with CL performance on Windows 10, and everything has worked smoothly so far.

The configuration remains constant at 1000 RPM. Adjustments won't cause it to fall below or rise above this value. I'm utilizing the latest version.

Have you explored quiet, balanced, and performance settings in the right-click menu within the system icons section? Are you choosing the cooler fans instead of the pump?

Yes, it's not the pump.

Test by disconnecting one Noctua fan and connecting one SP140L. Try setting a fixed percentage from 30% up to 100%. If successful, the issue likely lies with the software. I’m using the original fans since I don’t have any pwn fans available. The latest release is just a day before the Windows 10 update, so results may differ from build 10049 (presumably the prior version) on 10240. If stock fans function as expected, it’s probably not working right now—maybe a registry fix exists during testing.

The links fan speed is affected in the newest release. I saved my profile to a custom curve, but when it loads it immediately starts at a fixed 1900rpm until I adjust the fan speed gauges on each fan. Once those are set, the custom curve activates. It seems the latest version is just a beta, which is fair since it doesn’t require registry changes and avoids BSODs. From what I know, they’re aiming for version 1.4.
