Hello. Your daughter's laptop displayed horizontal lines after using Adobe Animate. She mentioned it began after that. I updated the drivers and verified resolution and scaling settings, but I’m unsure what caused it. She also tried the Dell troubleshooter (Fn + power button) and it worked fine.

Since it's a Dell device, open the pre-boot menu and check for a display diagnostic. If present, it indicates a problem.

I performed the action. The lines remain visible during startup. Might the LVDS cable be the issue?
