Lines connecting the vertical sides on the Lenovo flex 5 2020 model
On your display it transitioned from one green line to two, then back to two green with a red line. After the first green line showed, the second appeared briefly before returning, and the same pattern occurred for the red line. This refers to the left side of the screen.
